ServIndy – Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Tech G Labs LLC (“Tech G Labs LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ServIndy mobile application, website at servindy.com, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

ServIndy is a job pairing gateway that connects service and hospitality professionals (for example, bartenders, servers, cooks, security, bands, and related roles) with bars, restaurants, venues, hotels, event companies, and other establishments that are hiring. ServIndy facilitates introductions, communication, and discovery of work opportunities, but does not hire workers, set wages, schedule shifts, process payroll, or act as an employer of record. All hiring decisions and working arrangements are made directly between professionals and establishments.

By creating an account or using ServIndy, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services that are not controlled by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

10. Advertising and Marketing Services (Meta Platforms Integration)

ServIndy offers optional marketing and advertising features that let establishments promote their business, events, and offerings across third-party advertising platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) — Facebook, Instagram, and related services. These features are used only by establishments that choose to purchase them.

10.1 Information Used to Create Your Advertisements

When an establishment purchases a marketing feature (such as single-event promotion or recurring marketing), we use information from that establishment’s ServIndy account to create and run advertising campaigns on the establishment’s behalf. This may include the business name, profile photos and images, business or event descriptions, your website or ServIndy site link, and your approximate business location (used to reach nearby audiences). This information may be displayed publicly as part of advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta surfaces.

10.2 Information We Receive From Meta

When campaigns run, we receive advertising performance and measurement data from Meta — such as impressions, reach, clicks, and amount spent — which we use to manage and optimize campaigns and to show establishments how their promotions are performing.

10.3 Sharing With Meta and Use of Meta Data

To create and manage these campaigns, we share the information described above with Meta through Meta’s advertising interfaces (the Marketing API). Meta processes that information in accordance with its own policies, including the Meta Privacy Policy. We access and use Meta data and platform features only in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and only to operate the advertising features you request. We do not sell Meta data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing these advertising services.

10.4 Your Control and Data Deletion

Marketing features are optional and run only for establishments that purchase them. You can stop your advertising at any time by canceling the marketing add-on in the app or by contacting us at support@servindy.com; when a marketing subscription ends, we stop the associated campaigns. To request deletion of information we have used or received in connection with these advertising features (including data obtained from Meta), contact us at support@servindy.com or use the account-deletion options in Section 5.2. We will delete or de-identify such information from our active systems, subject to the retention exceptions described in Section 4.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice as required by law (for example, via in-app notice or email).

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
